My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Cynthia DePriest as our real estate agent. We not only were selling our home, but were also looking to purchase another. Cynthia went above and beyond for both scenarios. She not only did her research to suggest a selling price that would be appropriate, she also did a wonderful job putting together a beautiful flyer and post card, advertising, holding an open house, and bringing potential buyers to our home. She also did her homework to help us locate and visit several homes that fit our retirement home scenario.
Due to Cynthia's dedication to us, as if we were her only clients, we were able to sell our old home and purchase a new one within two days of each other. During the escrow period, working with both sides of the scenario, Cynthia was on top of every stage of the processes and kept us informed. We ran into some complications in escrow that were totally out of Cynthia's control, but she was on top of it and managed to do the impossible, accomplishing the task of getting both homes to close escrow the same day! She is amazing!
We would certainly recommend Cynthia DePriest to anyone desiring the services of a real estate agent who really cares about her clients and works very hard for them!

I have had the pleasure of meeting Cynthia DePriest , as a referral from another satisfied customer/client. I must say I was quiet impressed of her knowledge as a realtor.
This a genuine statement coming from another realtor who has been in the business for over 30 years. She was able to procure a property for me within a short time carefully following it's progress from the beginning to the close of escrow.
She was dedicated to my escrow as if she had no other .p/s (i am sure she had others) lol !!!!! Cynthia is diligent, trust worthy, and proved she knew the worth of time by employing it well.
